Phase 1:
Pre-Departure Preparation

Personalized Guidance: We map out your academic schedule with you and provide structured, practical updates to get you ready for Seville.

Housing Transparency: We don’t like surprises. You will receive your housing assignment—including detailed host family profiles and roommate information—well in advance of your flight.

Logistical Support: We help you navigate all logistics ahead of time. We will send you a comprehensive pre-departure guide and work with you before you fly, ensuring you know exactly what to prepare and expect.

Phase 2:
Arrival & Orientation

Airport Meet-and-Greet: If you are on a designated flight, our team will be waiting at the airport to welcome you to Seville. We will meet you right at arrivals and help you find a taxi to get to your new housing.

The Orientation: Our extensive on-site orientation goes beyond the basics. We cover safety protocols, academic expectations, cultural adaptation, and city navigation to ensure you feel confident from Day 1.

Student IDs: Upon arrival, you will receive an ICS Student I.D., along with University of Seville ID (if applicable) for full access to campus perks, libraries, and student discounts.

Phase 3:
Duty of Care

24/7 Emergency Support: We maintain a dedicated on-site emergency line for our students. Our local staff is always available to ensure you are safe and supported whenever you need us.

Comprehensive Insurance: All students are covered by a top-tier health insurance plan with no co-pays and no deductibles. This coverage is fully compliant with Spanish visa laws.

Mental Health Resources: ICS provides guidance and referrals to confidential, English-speaking mental health professionals in Seville and supports students in accessing appropriate care.
