- The student who withdraws from the program less than 30 days before the designated group arrival date is granted a full refund minus the $300 application fee and an additional $500 service fee.
- The student who withdraws from the program after arrival and prior to Orientation will be charged a $500 service fee and 50% of the remaining program fees.
- After Orientation no refunds are given.
- In the case of University of Hawaii at Manoa (UHM) students ICS will follow UHM procedures and limitations.
- In the case of College of Staten Island (CSI) students ICS will follow CSI and limitations.
- In the case of Illinois Consortium for International Studies and Programs (ICISP) students ICS will follow ICISP procedures and limitations.
